Diego Velazquez, an 18-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Reading, PA, tragically died on November 12, 2022, from a gunshot wound to the abdomen at the Advantage Point student apartment complex near Kutztown University. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m. following an argument at a party. Velazquez was not a student at Kutztown University.
