Scott Allen Moulton, a 21-year-old male from Oregon, Ohio, was tragically murdered on March 27, 1981. His death was part of a series of violent crimes committed by serial killers Nathaniel and Anthony Cook. On April 3, 1981, Scott and Denise Siotkowski, both 21, were found murdered in a car parked at an apartment building in Oregon, OH. The Cook brothers were responsible for multiple homicides and other violent crimes in the Toledo area during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
