Billy Lynn Stevenson, a 5-year-old white male from Bethel, Ohio, was tragically killed on July 6, 1981, in a brutal home invasion that claimed the lives of his entire household. Billy Lynn was the son of Billy Franklin Stevenson Sr., a 48-year-old fireworks dealer, and Lynda Carol Stevenson, aged 36.
