Gary Duane Bradley, a 44-year-old Caucasian male from Williamstown, West Virginia, was murdered on April 5, 1992, while fishing at the Ohio Power Recreational Area in Noble County, Ohio. Bradley was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was shot in the back twice by a serial killer who had previously waved at him as he drove by. This killer, Thomas Lee Dillon, ambushed Bradley and four other men between 1989 and 1992, all of whom were engaged in outdoor activities.
