On February 13, 1994, in Bucyrus, Ohio, four-year-old Marchae Chatman, along with her mother Marichell Chatman, age 24, and her aunt Linda Chatman, age 39, were tragically killed in a shooting incident. The victims were at Marichell's apartment when Kevin Keith, a man with a history of drug dealing, entered the apartment and opened fire. Keith's motive was believed to be retaliation against Marichell's brother, Rudel Chatman, who was a police informant and had exposed Keith's drug activities. ...
