Connie Sue Fowler Collins, a 52-year-old white female, tragically passed away on March 8, 2007, in Roseville, Ohio. She was found deceased in her home alongside her husband, Ronald Collins. Initially, authorities believed the couple had perished in an accidental fire, but an autopsy revealed that both had been shot. The State Fire Marshall later determined that the fire was intentionally set, classifying the incident as a double homicide.
