On May 26, 2014, Jamie N. Mathews, a 37-year-old woman from Riverside, OH, tragically lost her life in a suspected murder-suicide. The incident occurred outside her home on Elmshaven Drive, where she was shot by Randy L. Grimm, 51, of Springfield. Grimm then took his own life shortly after. Witnesses reported that Grimm arrived at Mathews' residence and shot her before turning the gun on himself.
