Jeffrey Farr Sr., a 58-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically passed away on July 17, 2014. He was fatally shot six times by Curtis Anthony Moody during an altercation that occurred in a dirt lot next to a convenience store on Germantown Street in Dayton.
