Dustin Brooks, a 27-year-old man from Dayton, OH, tragically died on April 13, 2015, after being shot in the neck while driving away from a residence in Harrison Township. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Brooks was found in his vehicle, which had been riddled with bullets. The Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies traced the shell casings back to a home where an alleged bootleg liquor operation was being run.
