Dustin Brooks, a 27-year-old man from Dayton, OH, tragically died on April 13, 2015, after being shot in the neck while driving away from a residence in Harrison Township. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Brooks was found in his vehicle, which had been riddled with bullets.
