Frank H. Tracy Jr., a 47-year-old man from Paulding, Ohio, died on February 9, 2016, from a single gunshot wound to the head. His body was discovered at Rochester Cemetery in Paulding, covered by a blanket. Tracy was initially sought by authorities in connection with the murder of Hannah Fischer, a 21-year-old woman whose body was found in her apartment on February 9, 2016. Fischer had also died from a gunshot wound to the head, and her death was ruled a homicide.
