Alma Rose "Dolly" Moffett, a 78-year-old woman from Tiffin, Ohio, passed away on June 2, 2017, at her home. Born on November 6, 1938, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Alma was known for her active involvement in her community, having worked at AEP, Commercial Bank, and the Seneca County Board of Elections.
