Shpetim Ramadani, an 18-year-old male of Albanian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2018, in Akron, Ohio. Ramadani was shot and killed while sitting in the back seat of a friend's car on Margaret Street. The incident was the result of a dispute over an ounce of marijuana.
