David Hemphill, a 47-year-old man from Cleveland, Ohio, was found shot to death in his car on July 3, 2018, in the Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood. Hemphill was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds shortly before 3 a.m. by Cleveland police officers who responded to the scene. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that he died from the injuries.
