Carnell E. Sledge, a 40-year-old African American man from North Olmsted, OH, was found dead on June 4, 2019, in the Rocky River Reservation. His death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of 33-year-old Katherine Brown. The bodies were discovered by two kayakers who happened to be passing by and called the police.
