Johnshae Boyd, a 22-year-old African American male from Cleveland Heights, OH, was tragically shot and killed on September 16, 2019. He was visiting a friend at her apartment on East Boulevard when he was shot multiple times by two men wearing all black clothing. Despite efforts by police and paramedics, Johnshae was pronounced dead at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. A 27-year-old man who was also shot during the incident survived and was treated at the same hospital.
