Jeffrey Robert Hutchins, a 24-year-old male from Amelia, Ohio, tragically lost his life on November 22, 2019, in Pierce Township, OH. He was shot and killed at the On the Green at Royal Oaks apartment complex around 11:30 PM. Jeffrey was with his friend, Nicholas Hudson, 20, when they were both shot to death just before midnight. The suspect in the case, Craig Walker, 25, was a friend of Jeffrey's and had been at Jeffrey's house less than two weeks before the incident.
