On December 7, 2019, James Moore, a 29-year-old male from Cleveland, Ohio, was fatally shot in the 600 block of East 107th Street. During the incident, shots were fired into a vehicle, resulting in injuries to two individuals. James Moore succumbed to his injuries, while the other victim survived.
