Phillip Wolliver Blythe, a 47-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2020, following a shooting incident on Bowen Street. The Montgomery County Coroner's Office confirmed his death, but the cause and manner of death were not immediately determined. Blythe was taken to Miami Valley Hospital after the shooting but succumbed to his injuries.
