Lidia Ghide, a 12-year-old girl from Reynoldsburg, Ohio, tragically lost her life on December 2, 2020. Lidia was in her apartment when a bullet, discharged from a rifle being handled by her neighbor, Eric Carpenter, traveled through the wall and struck her in the neck. Despite immediate medical attention and being rushed to Mount Carmel East Hospital, Lidia was pronounced dead at 9:27 p.m. The incident was deemed an accidental shooting, and Carpenter was arrested and charged with reckless homici ...
