Lidia Ghide, a 12-year-old girl from Reynoldsburg, Ohio, tragically lost her life on December 2, 2020. Lidia was in her apartment when a bullet, discharged from a rifle being handled by her neighbor, Eric Carpenter, traveled through the wall and struck her in the neck.
