On November 11, 2012, authorities in Detroit, Michigan, were called to a residence on the city’s east side following reports of a shooting. The victim was identified as Isaac Haywood, a 47-year-old African American male. He was discovered inside his home located in the 5500 block of Lodewyck Street, near Warren Avenue.
