murders of Linda Fink and Robert Adams. The investigation began when Morrow County deputies responded to a wellness check at the residence on Township Road 50, where they discovered the bodies of Linda and Robert. The crime scene was processed by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation, which gathered crucial evidence.
Linda Fink had filed for divorce from Charles Fink on November 3, 2021, and the case remained open at the time of her death. This added a layer of complexity to the investigation, as authorities had to consider the potential motives behind the killings. Charles Fink was eventually found and arrested in Kentucky, where he was being held in the Carroll County Regional Detention Center.
The case culminated in a plea and sentencing hearing on January 30, 2025, where Charles Fink pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated murder. He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for the premeditated murders of Linda Fink and Robert Adams.
