David Manson Jr., a 17-year-old Oakland resident, was tragically killed in a shooting on June 2, 2013, in East Oakland. The incident occurred on International Boulevard around 1:45 p.m. when Manson was shot multiple times. The shooting also injured another teenage boy and a passing woman, both struck in the leg.
