Irene Clemmens, a 39-year-old woman from Morganton, North Carolina, tragically passed away on July 22, 2012. Irene was born on October 6, 1972, in Wyoming County, West Virginia. She was the daughter of Thomas Sr. and Phyllis Irene Parton Hoosier. Irene was married to Jackie Clemens, and they had two children, Amber and Jacob Clemens.
