Brittney Brown, aged 26, was found murdered on March 22, 2014, on Detroit's west side. Her body was discovered in a duffel bag in the 15000 block of Kentucky Street, near Wyoming and the Lodge Freeway. The circumstances of her death were particularly gruesome, as she had been raped, tied up, and set on fire.
