Blake Kyndall Turner, a 17-year-old girl from La Grange, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on March 31, 2016. The incident occurred when an 18-year-old man named Austin Ray Newcome accidentally discharged a firearm, striking Blake and causing her death. The Lenoir County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and determined that the shooting was accidental. Blake was described as a passionate music lover who enjoyed going to the beach and attending the Tanglewood Church of God.
