Charles Eugene Barsh was survived by his two sons, Matthew Eugene Barsh and Charles Eugene Barsh, Jr., and two daughters, Cano Nichole Barsh and Karissa Helton. His mother, Vallie Baker, and his father, Dennis M. Jacobs, also survived him, along with his siblings, Dennis Jacobs, Jr., Chris Baker, and Danielle Davis.
