Ismael Torres, a 42-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 24, 2016, in Rose Hill, North Carolina. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and deeply saddening. According to the autopsy report, Ismael Torres was shot in the torso before being buried in a yard in Rose Hill.
