Stephanie Lynn Walker, a 37-year-old woman from Forest City, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on May 19, 2017. She was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred at her home on Arlington Street. The other victim, Akir Samad Hooper, aged 34, was found dead at the scene, while Stephanie was transported to Rutherford Regional Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
