William Joseph "Billy" Milam, a 36-year-old male from Casar, North Carolina, passed away on October 8, 2017. Born on July 9, 1981, in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of Jessica Marie Bohannon Mason and the late Shannon Charles Milam. Billy worked as a Tow Boat Captain for Marquette in Paducah, Kentucky. He was survived by his wife of 14 years, Jessica Nelson Milam, and their three children: Colin Milam, Devon Milam, and Kayla Milam. Billy was also survived by his mother, Jessica Marie Bohannon ...
