Rickey Recardo Heckstall, a 35-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 26, 2017, in Bolton, North Carolina. The incident occurred early Sunday morning on Lizzie’s Drive in the Bolton community. According to the sheriff’s office, a 911 call was received shortly before 5 a.m. reporting a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
