Justin Lewis Maness, a 14-year-old boy from Robbins, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 10, 2018. He was fatally shot near his home on Hussey Road in Moore County. Authorities responded to the scene just after 3 p.m. and found Justin with a gunshot wound. He was immediately rushed to First Health Regional Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
