Deangelo Brooks, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 30, 2019, in Shallotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 800 block of McMilly Road. According to reports, Brooks was found in a yard, still alive, but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
