Brenton Edward McCaskill, a 32-year-old man from Cramerton, NC, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2020, during a home invasion. According to reports, McCaskill was defending his family when three intruders broke into his home. His girlfriend, Heidi McQueen, recounted that McCaskill fought off one of the suspects before chasing them outside, where he was subsequently shot by one of the intruders.
