The incident occurred at the Cook family home, located at 109 Loram Drive. On that fateful day, a fire broke out at the residence, leading to the deaths of John Lawrence Jay Cook, his father Johnny Bryan Cook, 60, and his mother Angela Duncan Cook, 51.
