In the quiet suburban landscape of Terrytown, Louisiana, the life of 21-year-old Jonas Perrier was violently cut short on the evening of January 27, 2014. Perrier, a young man from Marrero, was with his 26-year-old brother, Ronald Perrier of Harvey, in the 900 block of East Monterey Court when gunfire erupted.
