William Marshall, a 60-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, died on November 23, 2016, under tragic circumstances. Marshall's death occurred in the Westland jail after he was arrested on charges of cocaine and marijuana possession. During the arrest, he had claimed that a white substance on his mouth was from a donut and denied using drugs.
