Frederick Wayne Patterson, a 36-year-old African American male from Prairieville, Louisiana, tragically passed away on March 11, 2018. He was found deceased inside a residence in Prairieville from a gunshot wound to the neck. The incident occurred when deputies from the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a shooting at the residence.
