Keith Adam Joseph, a 37-year-old male from Washington, Louisiana, tragically passed away on December 31, 2021. His death was the result of a fatal shooting incident that occurred at his residence. The incident took place in the 300 block of East Saint Mitchell Street in Washington, LA. On the night of December 31, 2021, deputies were dispatched to the scene where they found Keith Adam Joseph with a gunshot wound to the chest.
