Garivaldis Pena, a 27-year-old man, was fatally shot on October 25, 2008, in the Forest Hills area of Boston, near Rossmore Road, close to Franklin Park. Police responded to reports of gunfire around 2:55 p.m., and upon arrival, they found Pena suffering from a gunshot wound.
