Mitchell Wayne Davis Jr., age 23, was fatally shot on May 31, 2014, in San Bernardino, California, while helping repair a car with three other men. The incident occurred around 10:46 p.m. on the 2800 block of West Victoria Street. A drive-by shooting took place when a black, four-door Honda drove past, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire on the group.
