In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Boston, the life of a young African-American man, Darwin Adilas, was tragically cut short. On August 12, 2015, the 21-year-old male from Randolph found himself on Hosmer Street in the Mattapan neighborhood when gunfire erupted at approximately 10:19 p.m.. When police responded to the scene at 41 Hosmer St., they discovered three men suffering from gunshot wounds.
