Jack Goodman, a 46-year-old male from Clinton, Illinois, passed away on March 11, 2016. According to reports, Jack Goodman was involved in a tragic incident where he was shot and killed by police officers. On the day of his death, Goodman had called authorities to report that he was suicidal and armed.
