Ralph R. Cancel, a 17-year-old boy from Whiting, Indiana, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2018, following a drive-by shooting in the Hegewisch neighborhood on the Far South Side of Chicago. On the evening of February 18, 2018, Ralph was sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle around 5:55 p.m. in the 4000 block of East 134th Street when another vehicle approached.
