Christopher Hamilton Ruckman, a 14-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically found dead on March 3, 2018, in his home in Cherry Valley, Illinois. The incident, which also claimed the lives of his 12-year-old brother, John Ruckman, and their father, Peter Ruckman, was determined to be a murder-suicide.
