Isha Windom, a 25-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on December 11, 2018, in Round Lake, Illinois. On that day, Isha was accompanying her husband, Alvin Lee Quinn II, to retrieve their belongings from a residence they had previously lived in. During this visit, a confrontation occurred between Alvin and another individual in the home.
