Jeremy Carothers, a 39-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 3, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. He was fatally shot during a drive-by shooting outside Reynold's Lounge in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood. The incident occurred around 2:01 a.m. when at least one individual inside a silver-colored Ford opened fire on a crowd that had gathered outside the bar following a fight inside.
