Keavith Pitts, a 30-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on March 29, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the 9200 block of South Dauphin Avenue on the city's Far South Side. According to witnesses, Pitts was involved in an argument in the hallway of a building when he was shot multiple times.
