Ivaylo Popov, a 43-year-old male of Bulgarian descent, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. Ivaylo, along with his wife Tsvetanka Kostadinova, also 43, and his mother Iskra Pourel-Popova, 65, were among the victims of a horrific shooting incident that took place in their apartment complex.
