Crevaul Smith, a 39-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on October 19, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 9:10 p.m. while Smith was standing on the sidewalk in the 2900 block of West Harrison Street in the Lawndale neighborhood.
