Qur’Ron Holloway, a 19-year-old Black man from Baltimore, was killed in a burst of gunfire tied to the Lowell Liquors incident on Woodland Avenue in October 2007, a moment that turned an ordinary late-night stop into a scene people would remember for the wrong reasons.
